Local Singapore Delivery
The Little Spuds Store aims to dispatch your items to one local singapore address within 1 working day of receiving your order. (Except for customized orders, which may take a couple more days.)
You can opt for:
1. Normal Post (non trackable) or Registered Post (trackable via Singapost's website) Maximum 2 kg
Normal Postage S$0.90 to $3.35 (calculated based on total weight) 1 – 3 working days
Registered Postage S$3.4 to $5.85 (calculated based on total weight) 2 – 5 working days
2. Courier Door to Door Delivery S$10.00 (trackable via courier's website)
This usually takes anywhere from 1 - 3 working days. Kindly note that if there is no one to receive the parcel when it is being delivered, the courier service will give you a call to arrange a free re-delivery. Cost for re-delivery for the third delivery attempt or more will be borne by the recipient. Any cost incurred due to customer convenience such as change of delivery address would be borne by the recipient.
Your delivery charges vary with the countries selected. Rates will be auto-calculated during the checkout process. All parcels will be sent via Singpost Registered Post. (Trackable via Singpost's website.)
Please allow 2 - 4 working days for the processing of your order, as we will need to verify your payment as part of our security process. As soon as your order is dispatched from our warehouse, you will be sent an email and tracking number to confirm that your package is on its way. You may track your order status with your tracking number.
Please allow 7 – 14 working days for your shipment to arrive. Delivery time may be affected due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. delay in customs clearance in destination country, bad weather conditions). Please note that certain countries impose custom tariffs/duties on items shipped from abroad. The customer is responsible for any country specific tariffs and duties charged by his/her respective government.
For more information regarding your country's custom policies, please contact your local customs office. All unclaimed parcels will be discarded in the destination country and no refunds will be made. Any cost incurred due to customer convenience such as change of delivery address would be borne by the recipient.
