Exchange and Returns

Exchanges 


We allow customers to do Size Exchange only for Apparel. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unwashed and unworn, Little Spuds tag intact. Size exchange is limited to 1 time for the same item. There will be no exchange to a different item. In the event that an item item is out of stock, store credit will be given. 


We are unable to do exchanges for training pants or socks.


We reserved the right to refuse your size exchange if your item/s do not meet the above conditions. 


Returns 


We are unable to accept returns for change of mind. We check each of our items carefully before sending out. In the unlikely event that you receive a defective item or if you have been sent an incorrect item, please let us know. We will do our best to make it right. 


What To Do 


Email us at hello@little-spuds.com with a subject header “Exchange and Returns request", your order number, item name and size within 7 days of purchase. Alternatively, you can also fill in this Exchange Form 

Upon receiving your email, our Customer Service will check the stock availability and reply accordingly within 2 working days. 


If your return is approved, please mail* the item back to us ONLY via registered post so we are able to track the parcel. Once we receive your item, we will immediately notify you via email on the status after inspecting the item. Please do not mail back your item before contacting us first.
